LIVE EXPORT — SHIPS
1279. Hon BEN DAWKINS to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Ports:
I refer to the total number of
times live export ships have arrived at WA ports.
What was the total number of live
export ships that arrived in 2017; 2018; 2019; 2020; 2021; 2022 and 2023, year
to date?

The
answer to this question is that the minister asks that the question be put on
notice. That is because, in the four hours we have between the member
lodging the question and the government being required to get an answer back from the agency, the member is asking for a lot
of information over a six-year period. It is not reasonable to ask that
within a four-hour period.
