NURSES EMPLOYED BY NURSEWEST
(1) From December 2005 to 1 March 2006, have any nurses taken leave from any of the following hospitals: Royal Perth Hospital, excluding Shenton Park; Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital; Joondalup Health Campus; and Fremantle Hospital? (2) Have any of the nurses who have taken leave referred to in (1) subsequently been employed by NurseWest?
