Rockingham: 12 - 24 months. The demand for care exceeds the available resources. This includes patients from Mandurah who are unable to access subsidised care through the Country Patients' Dental Subsidy Scheme (CPDSS) and those waiting to complete care. The private dental practitioners who participate in the CPDSS in Mandurah restrict the number of subsidised patients who attend their practice. Swan: 12 - 14 months. Patients have received subsidised care through the private sector, have returned to the public dental clinic and are waiting to complete their treatment, including dentures. Victoria Park: 12 - 16 months. These patients have received some subsidised care through the private sector, have returned to the public dental clinic and are waiting for additional subsidised care including dentures. Warwick: 12 - 15 months. The demand for care exceeds current dental officer staffing. The commencement of the Joondalup General Dental Clinic should assist in reducing the waiting time at Warwick.
