Further to question without notice 820 of 20 October 2004 regarding nurses and commuted on-call allowances, I ask - (1) Will the minister explain which clause or subclause of either the current pay award or agreement covers these payments? (2) Will the minister list all the other hospitals that have arrangements for commuted on-call allowances similar to those at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital? (3) Will the minister explain whether senior nurses at Fremantle Hospital and Royal Perth Hospital are able to access commuted on-call payments; and, if not, why not? Hon SUE ELLERY
