I refer to the Perth Park project, and I ask: (a) what role did the Minister play in determining the original scope of the project, including which elements were included or excluded from consideration; (b) what direction, if any, did the Minister provide to agencies on the design, timing and extent of public consultation for the project; (c) did the Minister approve the consultation strategy before it was implemented; (d) if yes to (c), on what advice was that approval based; and (e) what oversight has the Minister exercised to ensure that consultation feedback has been accurately reported, properly analysed and transparently reflected in subsequent project decisions?
