(a) No. I will table an Executive Summary of the Water Corporation’s STED Scheme Planning - Bindoon Planning Report Project No. IW122700, dated 17 March 2017, a sewer reticulation plan set, wastewater pump station plan set, and conceptual planning of the proposed scheme [see tabled paper no.].
(b) The remaining information contained in the Water Corporation’s STED Scheme Planning - Bindoon Planning Report Project No. IW122700, dated 17 March 2017 will not be released pursuant to Clause 4(2) Trade secrets, commercial and business information of a third party and Clause 10(3) Matters affecting the State’s financial or property affairs, of the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
(c) The project will no longer proceed due to no future funding in the forward estimates for the Infill Sewerage Program.
