(3) The process and policy of consistent montoring of debtors by appropriate stakeholders have been implemented
Department of Sport and Recreation
(1) In the period 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007 the Department of Sport and Recreation wrote off 2 debts totalling $387.50.
(2) The debtor names are:  Paul Morris; and Victoria Park Print
(3) DSR has a policy of monitoring all overdue debtors. This includes issuing reminder notices at 30 days and telephone calls to all debtors outstanding more than 60 days. The Department also makes an assessment prior to writing off any debts as to the appropriateness of taking legal action to recover the outstanding amounts.
