I refer to 'Figure 1:
A non-exhaustive list of water bores in the Kimberley Region, identified here by name or typical reference ID',

, and I ask:
(a) for each of the 27 wells, (a) through (aa) inclusive, will the Minister please:
(i) advise as to when the most recent compliance inspections and assessments were conducted;
(ii) advise whether any well-integrity, or other compliance failures or issues were identified, as a result of the inspections and assessments referred to at (i):
(A) if yes to (a)(ii), what were these failures and/or issues; and
(B) if yes to (a)(ii), was the company operating the well(s) made aware of these integrity failures or compliance issues and, if so, when, and by what means; and
(C) if yes to (a)(ii), in each case, have the issues been addressed and corrected to the satisfaction of the Department and, if not, why not; and
(iii) if identified failures or issues referred to at (a)(ii) have not been addressed, will the operator receive any penalty:
(A) if yes to (a)(iii), in what form?
(B) if no to (a)(iii), why not?
