MALLARD AND BEAMISH CASES - LEGAL FEES
I refer the minister to question without notice 756. (1) Was the Solicitor-General’s advice in writing? (2) If so, will the Attorney General table the advice; and, if not, why not? (3) Will the Attorney General table the government’s correspondence to Clayton Utz informing it of the government’s agreement to provide funding; and, if not, why not? (4) Will the Attorney General table all eight pages of the Clayton Utz letter dated 29 March 2005; and, if not, why not? Hon SUE ELLERY
