I refer to the Government's new C-series trains, and I ask: (a) how much has been spent on the Metronet C-series procurement contract with Alstrom so far, up to December 2024; (b) in reference to (a), how much spending on maintenance is included in that figure; and (c) in reference to (a), excluding spending on maintenance, how much has been spent: (i) locally, within Western Australia; and (ii) externally, outside Western Australia?
