I refer to the ongoing investigation by your Department of possible breaches of the Retirement Villages Act 1992 by the owners of Willow Creek Village in Greenfields, Mandurah and the previously answered Question on Notice No. 5245, and ask: (a) has the Department finalised its investigation; (b) if not, when will the investigation be completed; and (c) if yes, have the residents been notified of the outcome of the investigation?

(a) Yes. (b) Not applicable. (c) Legal proceedings have been initiated in the State Administrative Tribunal and Magistrates Court and were served on 25 October 2016. Residents will be informed of the outcome of those proceedings.
