I refer to the revelation in the
other place on 10 November 2020 that the McGowan government has removed the
contact details of Pregnancy Problem House and Pregnancy Assistance from the WA
Health brochures provided to women considering an abortion.
(1) Who made this decision?
(2) When was this decision made?
(3) Will the
minister table a copy of the briefing note, advice or similar document that led
to the decision being made?
(4) If no to (3),
will the minister undertake to comply with section 82 of the Financial
Management Act 2006?
