I refer to Western Australia's share of the Albanese Government's Social Housing Accelerator Payment fund - totalling $209.2 million - promised to deliver more than 260 new social homes and ensure the refurbishment of more than 300 existing social homes across the state and I ask: (a) How many of the 260 new social homes have been constructed to date; (b) How many of the 260 new social homes have been leased to date; (c) In what suburb/s are these social homes; (d) How many of the 260 new social homes have tenants living in them; (e) How many of the 260 new social homes are currently under construction; (f) What is the expected date for all 260 homes to be completed and house social housing tenants; and (g) How many of the 300 existing homes have been refurbished to date?

(a-e) As at 31 January 2026, there are 233 dwellings under contract or construction, with 28 dwellings completed.The 28 completed dwellings are located in the City of Cockbum and are occupied.
(f) Rolling dwelling completion and leasing of these homes will continue through to 28-29.
(g) As at 31 January 2026, 224 refurbishments have been completed, with a further 82 under contract.
