I refer to the Public Sector Commission's (PSC) process for referring minor misconduct matters to the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC), and I ask: (a) how many minor misconduct matters relating to PSC staff were referred to the CCC in the past 12 months; (b) how many were returned to the PSC to manage internally; and (c) what monitoring exists to ensure PSC decisions are not self-interested when assessing allegations involving its own staff?

(c) As is expected of all public sector employers, the Public Sector Commission has internal processes for dealing with allegations involving minor misconduct of staff. These include:
-       the Commissions Conflict of Interest Policy
-       the Commissions Discipline Policy and Procedures
-       the Public Sector Code of Ethics
-       external oversight of serious misconduct by the Corruption and Crime Commission.
