I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. (1)–(2) Section 263 of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 requires the Department of Fisheries to publish an annual report for the purposes of part 5 of the Financial Management Act 2006, and provides that the annual report is to contain details of exemptions granted during the financial year to which the report relates. I table, for the convenience of the member and the house, a copy of appendix 4 of the Department of Fisheries 2009–10 annual report, which contains details of exemptions granted during the 2009–10 financial year. The annual report may be viewed on the Department of Fisheries website at www.fish.wa.gov.au. I table that information. [See paper 2887.]
