buildings in High St Fremantle, and ask: (a) Has
the environmental risk from the aluminium foil and glue used in the artwork
been assessed, and if so: (i) Which
agency investigated the risk; (ii) What
did the agency report; and (iii) If not, why not; and (b) How much disruption to the traffic in High St will be caused by the longer clean-up?

(a-b) The City of Fremantle conceived, developed and approved the Arcs d’Ellipses artwork. Therefore, these questions should be addressed to the City of Fremantle.
