representing the Premier:
I refer to telecommunications metadata stored on Australian residences.
(1) How many Western Australian government
agencies or enterprises have, or have sought, warrantless access to
telecommunications metadata?
(2) What are the names of the agencies or
enterprises and on what grounds have they sought or been granted this access?
(3) In relation to (2), have any of the agencies or enterprises accessed
any stored data?
