I ask a supplementary question. Given that the Esperance gas-fired power station provides 30 per cent of the electricity generation outside the south west interconnected system, if off-peak power will not be made available to people in Esperance, will anyone end up getting off-peak power? Mr A.J. CARPENTER

All I can do is repeat the answer that I gave to the previous question, which I think would be boring repetition. The answer is that there will be access to off-peak rates where it is practicable.
