In relation to Munday Swamp in Kalamunda Shire. Munday Swamp is an ancient site described as one of the most important ancestral and archaeological sites in South Western Australia of continuing cultural significance. I ask the Minister -
(1) Is he aware that a road was permitted to encroach upon Munday Swamp was consented to by the Minister under the previous Government against the unanimous abjections of Nyungah Elders and Native Title claimants?
(2) Will he take action to remedy this situation?
(3) What arrangements will he put in place to ensure that Nyungah Elders and Native Title claimants Culture and Spiritual Dreaming is not over ridden in the future?
