I refer to the Growth Areas Infrastructure Requirements Report prepared by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) (WA), dated September 2024, which identified enabling infrastructure required to support more housing in key growth areas through three main corridors: North-East (North Ellenbrook and Bullsbrook), North-West (East Wanneroo), and Southern (Mundijong and East Wellard). In relation to the North-East Corridor (North Ellenbrook & Bullsbrook) identified as having a current planned dwelling yield of approximately 26,000 homes, I ask: (a) how much State Government funding has been allocated to the each of the following items of immediate priority enabling infrastructure identified by the UDIA: (i) wastewater - District level wastewater pump station, pressure mains and gravity mains - estimated cost $65 million - required in five years - with UDIA comment "Funding commitment required immediately to unlock the planning process for this region."; (ii) water - Water reticulation truck main - estimated cost $35 million - required in five years - with UDIA comment "Funding commitment required immediately to unlock the planning process for this region."; (iii) power - Henley Brook substation - estimated cost $25 million - Planning required to commence immediately - with UDIA comment "Less than 5MVA spare capacity. Substation upgrade required (third transformer and feeder extensions); (iv) transport - North Ellenbrook Interchange - estimated cost $118 million ($98 million committed to date) - Required immediately - with UDIA comment "Bring forward project to ensure construction commences as soon as practicable and provide funding to cover potential cost escalation"; (v) transport - Warbrook Road Upgrade - estimated cost $20 million - required in 5-10 years; (vi) transport - Railway Parade upgrade - estimated cost $25 million - required in 5-10 years; and (vii) in total committed to this corridor - estimated total $288 million (with $98 million committed to date)?
