DR STEPHEN VAN DER MYE - EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION SETTLEMENT
I refer the minister to the letter from Mr Neil Hamilton to Dr van der Mye, dated 20 February 2004 and tabled yesterday. (1) Will the minister confirm that Dr van der Mye disputed the contents of the letter, which indicated that he resigned from his position? (2) Did Dr van der Mye, subsequent to that letter, submit any correspondence to the government or Western Power disputing the statements indicating that he had resigned? (3) If so, will the minister table any such response from Dr van der Mye; and, if not, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
