(1) Will the Minister please table the minutes of the Aboriginal Cultural Materials Committee relating to the Hanson’s Section 18 application for the Red Hill Quarry?

(3) Will the Minister please table the Aboriginal Cultural Materials Committee’s recommendations on Hanson’s Section 18 application for the Red Hill Quarry?

(2) The minutes of the Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee (ACMC) meeting are still part of the deliberative process. The purpose the subject of this section 18 Notice is currently being assessed under part IV of the
Environmental Protection Act 1986
(EP Act). As an identified decision-maker for the purposes of the EP Act, the Minister for Indigenous Affairs is therefore constrained from making a decision with respect to the Notice at this time.
