I refer to the information provided by the minister in reply to question without notice 859 and ask - (1) What benefits can the community expect from the additional 6.5 gigalitres of underground water that the Water Corporation can draw? (2) What benefits can the community expect if the Water Corporation is given approval for the other 25.53 gigalitres of underground water that it has applied for?
