I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) There have been 151 to date. (2) Because the member wants the addresses and streets of every house, I will table an attached document. (3) There have been 58 to date. (4) Again, I will table a schedule that relates to the sold properties. (5) Prior to refurbishment, tenants are relocated to alternative Department of Housing homes in Hedland or other areas of their choice. All relocations are voluntary, as no tenant is forcibly relocated and the department discusses the requirements of each client with the client. Properties available for refurbishment are also obtained by natural attrition with tenants vacating of their own volition. Mr President, I have two tables in relation to parts (2) and (4). I seek to table those documents and ask that they be incorporated into Hansard . Leave granted. Hon NORMAN MOORE replied: I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) How many houses were refurbished under this program? (2) Where were these houses located by address and street? (3) How many of these houses were sold into the private market? (4) Where were those houses located by address and street? (5) Where were the tenants relocated during the refurbishment or as a result of property sale? Hon NORMAN MOORE replied: I thank the member for some notice of this question.
