(1)-(3) I thank the member for some notice of this question. I am advised that the minister is aware of the Government’s promise to implement a statement of planning policy to protect Bush Forever sites and has directed the Department for Planning and Infrastructure to prepare this document. It is anticipated that this document will be released for public comment shortly.
