2. N/A 3. The Commission ensures that all grant requests are fully considered through the input of advisers who provide technical advice on applications received. The network of advisers represents the diversity of conservation sector specialities and expertise. Other comment on projects is sought as required, in line with standard grant assessment practice. The final decision making process has not changed with the disbanding of the advisory committee. The Lotteries Commission Board makes, as previously, the final decision on which requests will be funded and the conditions applying to the grants. These are then provided to the Minister for Government Enterprises for approval. 4. Generally $1 million is available each year for conservation projects under the Gordon Reid Foundation for Conservation funding program. In total $1.25 million per annum is available for Conservation projects.
