Has a post incident analysis been conducted by the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) on the fires in Milyeannup in November 2011; and
(a) if not, why not; and
(b) if so, when was that review concluded; and
(i) what measures will be introduced as a result of that analysis;
(ii) have any determinations as to liability been made;
(iii) will any compensation be paid; and
(iv) has DEC undertaken any other remediation of damage such as fences, and if so, will the Minster list all such remediation?

(a) A formal Post Incident Analysis involving DEC, the Fire and Emergency Services Authority and the Shires of Augusta-Margaret River and Nannup will commence in the coming weeks. An independent consultant is being contracted by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) to facilitate the process and prepare a report which will be submitted to DPC, and will be referred by DPC to the State Emergency Management Committee.
