1038. Hon AMBER-JADE SANDERSON to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for Sport and Recreation:
I refer to Allia Venue Management's claim for
compensation of $1.33 million as a result of the redevelopment of nib Stadium.
(1) Has this compensation claim been resolved?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) on which date was it resolved;
(b) how much compensation was
agreed to;
(c) has the compensation been
paid; and
(d) were any conditions attached
to the compensation payment?
(3) If no to (1), why has the matter not yet been resolved?
