I refer to the 12 recommendations made to the Minister under section 16(e) of the
Environmental Protection Act 1986
in the Environmental Protection Authority Report 1359 'Strategic Environmental Advice on the Dawesville to Binningup Area', and I ask —
(1) Has the Minister accepted the recommendations?
(2) If no to (1), which recommendations have not been accepted and why?
(3) In relation to each recommendation, what funding and resources has the Minister made available or requested other Ministers make available to implement the recommendation and what is the timeline for implantation?
