MEMBER FOR PERTH - MR GRAHAM KIERATH
I have a supplementary question. Hon Graham Kierath has signed a statutory declaration saying that he does not own any properties. Will the Premier act and ask the member for Perth to withdraw and apologise for the comments made today? Mr A.J. CARPENTER

I accept that Mr Kierath has answered in that way. I am not aware that any assertion was made about him this morning in the terms - Several members interjected. Mr A.J. CARPENTER : I can. It was raised with me that the member for Perth had mentioned the former member for Riverton this morning, but I am not aware of the detail of that assertion. I do not believe anybody in this house believes Graham Kierath should be engulfed in this debate.
