the Minister familiar with the regulations; (b) have
any amendments been made to these regulations since January 2019; (c) are
there any exceptions or exemptions to not comply with the regulations; (d) if non-compliance with the act or its
regulations is suspected, who is the matter referred to for investigation; and (e) does
Energy Safety adhere to the same regulations: (i) if
no to (e) what regulations is Energy Safety regulated by; and (ii) if
no to (e) why does Energy Safety have different regulations?
