I thank the Attorney General for the
answer to my question yesterday concerning the Premier's request that
he undertake an assessment of the state's Aboriginal cultural heritage
framework.
(1) Was the Attorney General asked
to undertake this work in the month of —
(a) June;
(b) July; or
(c) August?
(2) On what date
was the Attorney General's review completed, and when was the Premier
first briefed on its recommendations?
