(b) if not, what is the actual or estimated total annual cost associated with every aspect of the administration of the registration label system?

(a) The figure of $775 000 includes the cost of printing, postal charges, storage and distribution of the labels. The figure does not include staffing costs, office accommodation, overheads or office communications.
