(1) How many current staff of the Anti-Corruption Commission have been - (a) employed by; or (b) seconded to; the Corruption and Crime Commission? (2) Will all remaining staff of the ACC be offered employment with the CCC after 7 May 2004? The question that has been provided should read 17 May, but I accept that it states 7 May. (3) Will the information technology and electronically stored files of the ACC be relocated to the CCC, or is it intended that the CCC will use different systems? (4) Will the CCC take over the state-of-the-art telecommunications interception technology owned by the ACC, or is it intended that the CCC will purchase and use different interception technology? (2) No. (3) The information technology holdings and files of the ACC will be integrated into the information technology systems of the CCC.
