Since 1 November 2016 the between Preston Beach and Secret Harbour in the West Coast bioregion: (a) how many infringements and charges were issued for recreational illegal fishing for: (i) possession of undersize fish; (ii) breaching the fishing bag limit; and (iii) breaching the fishing boat limit; (b) how many infringements and charges were issued for recreational illegal rock lobster fishing for: (i) possession of undersize rock lobster; (ii) breaching the bag limit; and (iii) breaching the boat limit; and (c) of the infringements listed in (a) and (b) how many were issued between 1800hrs and 0600hrs?
