(a) Refer to Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 1844.
(b) – (c) Improved housing outcomes are being achieved through the expansion of the community housing sector and increasing flexibility for Community Housing Providers. Mixed-tenure developments allow tenants to move from social to affordable housing, while remaining in the same dwelling. Examples include Queens Riverside, managed by Foundation Housing Limited, which includes a mix of social and affordable rental dwellings enabling stability, choice and mobility without displacement.
