We have budgeted for a surplus and
if it is necessary to make further cuts in expenditure to achieve that, we are
prepared to do it. At the moment we have budgeted for a surplus and we expect
to achieve a surplus for this year and next year, as we have for every year of
the LiberalQQQ ### QQQNational government.
