I draw the minister’s attention to the outstanding commercial debts owed to the Water Corporation. (1) Who are the top 10 outstanding debtors to the Water Corporation and how much is owed by each debtor? (2) What percentage of the total amount of outstanding debt is owed by the top 10 debtors?
