(1) Further to question on notice No. 7673 of 2012, was the performance of Western Power’s extended leadership team formally assessed at the end of the 2012–2013 financial year? (2) Did that assessment result in any member of the leadership team being subjected to: (a) performance improvement plans; (b) redeployment to a more appropriate role; and (c) termination? (3) Did that assessment result in remuneration reviews? (4) What was the total cost (annual basis) of any increases determined?

(1) Due to the implementation of a new organisation structure at Western Power the performance assessment of members of the extended leadership team has not been completed.
(2) The performance assessments for the members of the extended leadership team have not directly resulted in any performance improvement plans, redeployment to other roles or termination of employment from Western Power.
(3) The 2013 remuneration review has not yet been completed and therefore no remuneration adjustments based on the performance assessment have been made.
(4) Not applicable as the 2013 remuneration review has not yet been completed.
