In relation to incidents of detected curb crawling within the electorate of Perth, I ask:
(a) in each of the three years of the Barnett Government, how many curb-crawling arrests have been made under Western Australia’s excellent curb-crawling deterrence laws;
(b) how many Full Time Equivalents have been allocated monthly since the election of the Barnett Government to patrol and deter curb-crawling;
(c) how many complaints have been officially made to the Police and the Minister; and
(d) what percentage estimate do the Police attribute to complainants who do not bother to report the escalating incidents of curb-crawlers taking street-walkers to right-of-ways and car-parks within the electorate of Perth?
