a)      Registered site ID 21588 (Kinsale) was registered on 12 October 2004.
b)      The Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee (ACMC) resolved to register the site under section 5(b) of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 (Act).
c)      Eco Landworks Pty Ltd breached the Act and Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 1974 by using a mini-digger to clear vegetation to create a fire track through the registered site without first obtaining a permit or approval.
