(1) Over a recent typical month, an average of 373 individual instances per week of minor fare discrepancies resulted in Transperth re-crediting individual cards. This equates to 0.022% when compared with Transperth's average number of weekly transactions of 1 628.451.
(2) Human and occasional hardware error.
(3) On average $559.50 per week for the entire Transperth system. When compared with the average weekly revenue of $1 979 861. This cost equates to 0.028%.
