I refer to the work of the Department of Housing's
disruptive behaviour unit. Since its creation in May 2011 —
(1) How many
contacts from the public did the department receive in which a police report
number was given?
(2) On how
many occasions did the department receive a police report number from the
public that was then followed by contact between the department and the police
about the property mentioned in the police report number?
(3) On how
many occasions did the department receive a police report number from the
public about a property that was then followed by a disruptive behaviour unit
investigation?

who represents the Minister for Housing. I thank the honourable member for some
notice of the question. The Department of Housing advises —

The department does not keep records that would enable it to answer these
questions. However, the department does request information from police when a
police report number has been provided when investigating alleged incidents
that occur at or in the immediate vicinity of the property.
