I refer to the report compiled by Matusik Property Insights
as part of the Perth Freight Link project.
(1) What is the cost of the services provided by Matusik in
relation to the report?
(2) Were the
services provided as the result of an open tender process; and, if yes, how
many submissions were received through the open tender process?
(3) If the services were not provided as the result of an
open tender process —
(a) how was Matusik engaged; and
(b) what
expertise does Matusik have in relation to the Western Australian property
market?
(4) How many
prior services has Matusik provided for Main Roads WA?
