(1) Targets for the transfer of properties to the Community Housing sector are still to be confirmed. Demand and presence in the areas will impact on the decision.
(2) Six dwellings in Gosnells and one dwelling in Thornlie.
(3) Five dwellings are planned to be constructed in Gosnells.
(4) Details are not currently available. The location of dwellings is subject to proposals being received for that area and approval of submissions by the Commonwealth Government.
