I refer to the planned Emergency Services Hub for Bunbury and the statement made by Greg McKay, Fire and Emergency Services Authority Regional South West Director, in April this year that planning of the Hub would commence this year and construction would start next year, and I ask —
(1) Has planning for the Hub started?
(2) If no, to (1) —
(a) why not; and
(b) when will planning begin?
(3) What is the expected commencement date for construction of the Hub?
(4) What is the expected completion date for construction of the Hub?
(5) When will the Hub be operational?
(6) What is the expected cost of delivery of the Hub?
(7) How much funding has been allocated in the 2012–13 Budget for the project?
