I refer to the minister's
answer to a question today, that he received an unsolicited bid to construct a gas
pipeline from Bunbury to Albany.
(1) Who provided the minister with
this unsolicited bid, and when did he receive it?
(2) In this
unsolicited bid, what is the extent of taxpayer funding requested by the
unsolicited bidder in either recurrent or capital funding?
(3) Is this
proposal linked to any expenditure by Synergy or any other government trading
enterprise?
