I refer to each of the Minister’s portfolio responsibilities for departments, agencies, and Government Trading Enterprises (GTE), and I ask: (a) For the 2015-16 Financial Year (with a breakdown by department, agency or GTE): (i) how many complaints were received by the department, agency or GTE; (ii) how many complaints were successfully resolved and closed; and (iii) how many complaints were unable to be resolved; (b) For the 2016-17 Financial Year (with a breakdown by department, agency or GTE): (i) how many complaints were received by the department, agency or GTE; (ii) how many complaints were successfully resolved and closed; and (iii) how many complaints were unable to be resolved; (c) For the 2023-24 Financial Year (with a breakdown by department, agency or GTE): (i) how many complaints were received by the department, agency or GTE; (ii) how many complaints were successfully resolved and closed; (iii) how many complaints are pending action; and (iv) how many complaints were unable to be resolved; and (d) For the 2024-25 Financial Year to date (with a breakdown by department, agency or GTE): (i) how many complaints were received by the department, agency or GTE; (ii) how many complaints were successfully resolved and closed; (iii) how many complaints are pending action; and (iv) how many complaints were unable to be resolved?
