140 WILLIAM STREET - GOVERNMENT OFFICE ACCOMMODATION STRATEGY
This question stands in the name of Hon Norman Moore and was also asked yesterday.  I refer the minister to the sale of 140 William Street. (1) Will the minister table the assessment report recommending the initial four short-listed proponents; and, if not, why not? (2) Will the minister table the assessment report that recommended the Evolution Consortium and Grocon Pty Ltd as the preferred and reserve proponents; and, if not, why not? Hon ADELE FARINA

I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(2) The evaluation reports requested are part of an ongoing commercially sensitive sale process that is now in the negotiation state.  It would be inappropriate to release the information as it would disadvantage those negotiating on behalf of the government and the taxpayer.
