This resulted in the report not being able to be presented to the Steering Committee in the December 2003 meeting. There was no Steering Committee meeting held in January 2004 due to some committee members being on leave over the Christmas/New Year period. The short-listing report was endorsed by the Steering Committee at the next meeting held on 9 February 2004. RFP Release - The size and complexity of the Project Brief required that is to be released in stages. Information to bidders, the commercial framework and the brief relating to the new court building was released in Stage 1. The Central Law Courts refurbishment brief was released in Stage 2 together with the proposed Service Specifications and Project Schedules. Stage 3 contained the draft contract documents.
